Dell's Customer Service
1 has blown me away with their customer service… really. They took the initiative to tell me why it was going to take a month to build my Dell Mini 9, which was due to industrial delays in getting the LCD’s and keyboards in stock.
They called me today to tell me that they started building my laptop today and should ship out at the latest by COB Tuesday.
I’m excited about my mini and floored by their wonderful customer service.
